🔹 Strong, sweet, herbal smell
🔹 Excessive heat coming from the property
🔹 Heavy condensation on windows
🔹 High or bypassed electricity usage
🔹 Frequent visitors at odd hours
🔹 Noise from fans or ventilation systems
